The emergency number is operational from Monday to Friday during office closing hours (6 pm – 10 pm), on Saturdays and Sundays and on public holidays (including midweek) 8 am – 10 pm.
Calls for ordinary consular practices, requests for information, requests for advance appointments for passports, citizenship, visas will NOT be taken into consideration.
