Due to very high demand, appointments for consular services that are available on a monthly basis are running out very quickly. We are committed to increasing the number of appointments for all applications and thus further reduce waiting times for reservations.
Be advised that the appointment booking system is ONLY the ministerial portal Prenot@mi https://prenotami.esteri.it, which guarantees equality, impartiality and fair treatment of all users.
New appointments are made available daily, at midnight Rome time (6 p.m. Miami time). Additional slots are also made available, from week to week and in varying numbers (depending on waivers, cancellations, etc.).
Do not trust brokerage firms, agencies or even individual individuals who claim (or lead you to believe) that they are able to procure appointments for you for a fee. We reiterate that appointments can only be reserved through the Prenot@mi application, as indicated above, and are absolutely free of charge, with no exceptions. Any appointments made by resorting to such parties-and thus the result of an illicit “resale” of free consular services-will be deleted ex officio. Likewise, appointments booked by means of bots or malicious software will be eliminated: such practices will be reported to the appropriate authorities (and may also constitute violations of Florida’s cybercrime regulations).

Debido a la gran demanda, las citas para los servicios consulares disponibles mensualmente se agotan muy rápidamente. Nos comprometemos a aumentar el número de citas para todas las solicitudes y, de este modo, reducir aún más los tiempos de espera para las reservas.

No confíe en empresas de intermediación, agencias o incluso particulares que afirmen (o le hagan creer) que pueden conseguirle citas a cambio de una tarifa. Reiteramos que las citas solo se pueden reservar a través de la aplicación Prenot@mi, como se ha indicado anteriormente, y son totalmente gratuitas, sin excepciones. Cualquier cita concertada recurriendo a dichas partes, y que por lo tanto sea el resultado de una «reventa» ilícita de servicios consulares gratuitos, será eliminada de oficio. Del mismo modo, se eliminarán las citas reservadas mediante bots o software malicioso: dichas prácticas serán denunciadas a las autoridades competentes (y también pueden constituir violaciones de la normativa sobre delitos informáticos de Florida).
