The theme of this year\u2019s edition is: \u201cSaperi e sapori delle terre italiane a 200 anni dalla nascita di Pellegrino Artusi\u201d. Artusi was the brilliant author of the cookbook titled \u201cScience in the Kitchen and the Art of Eating Well\u201d (1891) which is considered a milestone in the Italian gastronomic culture.<\/p>\n<p>The Consulate General of Italy in Miami is pleased to feature a Masterclass, that will\u00a0be streamed live from Italy by the Michelin star Chef Cristina Bowerman.
