The Caracas International Airport has sustained damage and is not yet operational.<\/p>\n
The Caracas\u2013Valencia road connection is currently passable, and Valencia Airport is operational; however, air connections are complex and involve multiple layovers.<\/p>\n
Some airlines allow a degree of flexibility in changing itineraries, permitting boarding from airports such as Bogot\u00e1 or Panama City. Travelers are advised to verify such availability directly with their airline.<\/p>\n
Telephone and Internet services have experienced interruptions throughout Venezuela; mobile phones are functioning only partially, including those with local SIM cards.<\/p>\n

Algunas aerol\u00edneas permiten cierta flexibilidad en el cambio de itinerario, autorizando el embarque desde aeropuertos como Bogot\u00e1 o Ciudad de Panam\u00e1. Se recomienda verificar esta disponibilidad directamente con la aerol\u00ednea.<\/p>\n
