A consular officer will be present at the <strong>Old City Hall &#8211; Sister Cities Room &#8211; 1st Floor in Tampa<\/strong> from <strong>March 10 to 12, 2025<\/strong>, and will be available to <strong>Italian citizens who are regularly registered with AIRE in the consular district and whose passports are set to expire by the end of 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>How to Book:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Interested citizens are invited to express their interest by <strong>11:59 PM on February 28, 2025<\/strong>, by sending an email to <strong>passaporti.miami@esteri.it<\/strong> with the subject: <strong>TAMPA PASSAPORT DAY<\/strong>. The email must include the <strong>full name, date of birth, and residential address<\/strong> of each person requesting an appointment. <strong>Requests received after the deadline will not be considered<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If requesting multiple appointments for family members, please include the details of all household members in the same email.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Important Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selected citizens will receive an <strong>email notification<\/strong> in the days prior to the mission, containing their <strong>individual appointment time and the exact office address<\/strong> where they must report with all the required documents. <strong>Please note that photocopies cannot be made on-site<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Instructions for Submitting Applications and Passport Delivery:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">To complete the passport renewal process, after biometric data collection, applicants must <strong>send the required documentation by mail<\/strong> to the Consulate General of Italy in Miami, along with a <strong>pre-paid, self-addressed envelope<\/strong>, which will be used to return the newly issued passport.
