The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World - November 12-18 2018

The Consulate General of Italy in Miami is proud to launch the third annual edition of ‘The Week of Italian Cuisine in the World’.
From November 12-18, numerous activities are planned with the intention to internationally promote Italian culinary and wine traditions.

Each year is dedicated to a different region of Italy – allowing for the discovery of the multifaceted and extraordinary Italian cuisine region by region and year by year without having to travel overseas... The 2018 edition is devoted to the Mediterranean Diet and the region of Puglia.

A series of events will take place in Miami: expert seminars, master classes with Michelin star chef Cristina Bowerman, food and wine tastings, display of Italian Cuisine literature, exhibitions etc.

In addition, numerous Italian restaurants in Miami and the coast, Tampa, Sarasota, South Carolina, Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Jamaica and Puerto Rico are featuring a special menu for the week.

A delicious culinary journey of Puglia is guaranteed in this (very) tasty ‘Week of Italian Cuisine in the World’.
