A seguito della recente modifica del Testo Unico Immigrazione (D.lgs. 286/1998, art. 26-bis) è ora consentito agli stranieri che intendono effettuare investimenti in Italia l’ingresso e il soggiorno nel Paese al di fuori delle quote annuali disciplinate dal citato Testo Unico, mediante procedura semplificata per il rilascio del visto. Following the recent amendment to the Immigration Consolidation Act (“TUI” Legislative Decree 286/1998, article 26-bis), foreign nationals who intend to make an investment in Italy are allowed entry and stay in the country through a simplified procedure for the issuance of the visa. The “investor visa” is not subject to the annual limits on entries (“quotas”) referred to in the aforementioned Immigration Consolidation Act.
